How it works
If you are an artists, read about how it works for artists.
Graphicster is a graphics marketplace that allows you to crowdsource graphics and art design.
By creating a project on Graphicster, you have access to talented artists around the world - on a budget set by you.
The process consists of three steps.
1. Create a project
You create a project by clicking on the "Create Project" tab.
You need to supply the following:
- A description of what kind of graphics you are looking for in terms of style, expression etc.
- Your budget, known as the prize. Usually in the range of $100 to $1,000
- Some reference files that can be any kind of files that help explain your projcet to artists
2. Iterate with the artists
Once your project is active, you discuss with the artists and give them feedback to steer the project in the right direction.
The project page allows you to see the contributions and comment on them.
We recommend that you offer constructive feedback in order to help the artists understand what you are looking for and to make it a learning process for both parties.
3. Close the deal
When there is a contribution that you like and that matches your wishes, you select it as the winner. This will close the project
and highlight the winning submission.
You then transfer the prize money to the winner, usually via a service like PayPal, and the winner will transfer the graphic files to you.
